At Survival Clothing, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final.

No Refunds & No Returns

All sales are final please ensure you select the correct size and product before purchasing.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Exchanges (Store Credit Only)

We may allow exchanges for store credit in specific cases, such as sizing issues, if the item is unworn and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, first contact the courier for resolution.

We are not liable for lost parcels but will assist by providing tracking details and courier contact information.

Claims of missing or empty parcels may require a signed declaration. We reserve the right to deny replacements if inconsistencies are found.

Fraud Prevention & Incorrect Addresses

Survival Clothing has strict measures in place to detect fraudulent claims (e.g., EB, DNA, LIT, FTID, RTS). Any abuse of our policies may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.

We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 working days (standard delivery) from purchase. Delivery times will also depend on availability and credit verification.

Please be aware that you cannot change orders once they are placed. You will either have to cancel your order and place the correct one or return for exchange.
